This completely organic 4-3-4 mixture is the perfect way to amend your soil and encourage stronger growth and more beautiful blooms on acid-loving and evergreen plants, particularly Rhododendrons, Camellias, and Hydrangeas.
Holly-Tone® contains 4% Nitrogen, 3% Phosphate, 4% Soluble Potash, 3% Calcium, 5% Sulfur, and 895 colony-forming units per gram of helpful microbes. This complex blend is 100% natural and organic, engineered to provide a complete and balanced feeding. The slow-release formula will not burn or leach away, and will not harm people, pets or the environment. It has been enhanced with Bio-tone® beneficial microbes to help the plants effectively absorb the soil's nutrients.This mixture was especially formulated for acid-loving plants, particularly evergreens. Holly-Tone® is recommended for all of the following plants: Amaryllis, Andromeda, Aster, Azalea, Bayberry, Bleedingheart, Blueberry, Camellia, Dogwood, Evergreens, Ferns, FirGardenia, Heath, Heather, Hemlock, Holly, Huckleberry, Hydrangea, Inkberry, Juniper, Leucothoe, Lily-of-the-Valley, Lupine, Magnolia, Marigold, Mountain-ash, Mountain-laurel, Oak, Pacheysandra, Phlox, Pieris, Pine, Raspberry, Rhododendron, Spruce, Strawberries, Whitecedar, and Woodsorrel.
For the best results, amend the soil twice a year, adding to the soil about 1 pound per 25 square feet of soil, or twice this amount for new garden beds. Available in 2 sizes: 5 ounces or 4 pounds.
